STRESS MANAGEMENT

CONCEPT TRAINING'S STRESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM is designed to help participants understand and deal with the stress in their lives. Through self-examination exercises employing the System for Creating Organizational and Personal Effectiveness (S.C.O.P.E.), and stress management techniques, participants will learn to better cope with the stress in their lives and on the job, thus reducing absenteeism and increasing productivity.
