Ms. Nicol has over sixteen years of diversified human resources experience most recently as a Vice President and Regional HR manager for Midlantic Bank - now P.N.C. Bank. In this position she had HR responsibility for three major sites and approximately 2,100 employees. She has been involved with the development of the selection and notification process for organizational downsizing and the associated duties of outplacement and career counseling. Ms. Nicol has extensive experience in the areas of employment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, human resources management and the legal aspects of human resources .
