During her career, she has successfully implemented and managed comprehensive organizational development programs to include: performance management systems tied to "pay for performance" compensation structures, employee development needs identification, manpower and succession planning, corporate training needs assessments, and training program/curriculum design and delivery.
She has an extensive background in the banking industry and also has served as an adjunct professor and speaker in a variety of areas related to human resource development.
